7. Shipping Proioton
The WorldBytez.gr.gr can serve customers from all over Greece. For your convenience, we have selected the ACS + GENERAL Courier, two of the most reliable courier companies that their mission is to deliver your order at your place safely and quickly. Your orders are sent depending on the availability of products usually 24-48 hours. If you can not run your order for reasons of force majeure (bad weather, strikes etc.), We will contact you to tell us if you wish to complete. Please note that for distances greater than 20 km from towns there courier office and some remote islands may incur additional charges.
8. Withdrawal and Return
You have the right to return products purchased, without penalty and without being obliged to let us know why you wish to return products within five (5) working days from the date you receive them. In this case you only charge the direct cost of returning goods. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return in the same condition in which you received them, but that they be unsealed or has violated the packaging along with the documents, the receipt and packaging that accompanied the product. In case of refund, the refund of your money will be completed within thirty days from the date we receive the products.
9. Product Warranty
All our products are covered by the respective guarantees of manufacturers - suppliers. To WorldBytez.gr.gr accepts no responsibility for the replacement / repair and modification of the warranty conditions set whenever manufacturer-suppliers.
For used items, according to our supplier, the following shall apply:
Warranty Duration: For Computer PC, Server, Workstation, guarantee lasting 36 months on parts and 12 months on labor and parts. Ie the first 12 months there is no charge to the customer (apart from transport), while the remaining 24, the customer shall bear the cost of labor
Computer Laptop, guarantee 12 months on parts (excluding battery) and work
For peripherals and computer components purchased separately (not located within a computer), the warranty lasts 12 months.
Power Warranty: The guarantee discontinued (no longer valid) if violated security film positioned in a location that prevents opening of the machine.
The guarantee does not apply if not furnished with the machine, the text of the guarantee, stamp and date of purchase.
Backup
The customer care have a backup of the data found on his computer. The company has the right to erase anything that is on the hard disk, and install other software.
The guarantee does not cover the following:
Batteries or batteries data-Damage caused by buyer's responsibility. (Eg fall, blow, fire, water, improper use or storage, etc.) -Zimies caused during transport.
If in the parcel delivery by a carrier, and in case of visible external damage, we recommend that customers not receive the parcel, and our enimerosoun.-breaking plastic, hinges, boards, etc. regardless of the reason that caused it.
Limiting Conditions:
The company assumes no other liability beyond those explicitly mentioned above. Particularly emphasized that the company assumes no responsibility and assumes absolutely no obligation to repair everything related to:
Facilities / deregulation programs-loss data were stored on computers, -linkage computers together, or with other networks (eg Internet) .- Damage caused by the failure of the machine, including lost profits.
Machine Without Damage
If produced machine which found non technical problem (eg computer works normally, but there is a problem in the settings of the software), the customer is charged the price of a working hour.
10. Product Prices
These values relate to amounts which are available in the warehouse of our suppliers, while WorldBytez.gr.gr reserves the right to adjust prices.
11. Governing Law
All transactions made through WorldBytez.gr.gr governed by the International and European law that regulates issues relating to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31 / EC, DPR 131/2003) as well as the Consumer Protection Law (N. . 2251/1994) which regulates matters relating to remote sales.
12. Copyright or Trademark Infringement
WorldBytez.gr Filehosting Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws, is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by patent, copyright, trademark, service mark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights. If you use another party's material, you must obtain prior authorization. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are the author and copyright owner and/or proper licensee with respect to any hosted content and you further represent and warrant that no content violates the trademark or rights of any third party. WorldBytez.gr and filehosting partner's reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer's transmission(s) that, in WorldBytez.gr and filehosting partner's discretion, violates these policies or violates any law or regulation.
The User/Client guarantee and indemnify WorldBytez.gr-, obliging himself to any consequential compensation and reimbursement for any damage, loss, obligation, costs, expenses, including the legal ones, suffered or suffering by WorldBytez.gr- in consequence of the non-fulfilment of any kind by the User/Client to duties or warranties expected from this agreement or anyway connected to the use of the Service object of the agreement by the User/Client.

IT ALSO DOES NOT BEAR ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR HOW THE SERVICES/PRODUCTS OFFERED ARE USED!
The WorldBytez.gr functions as a marketplace for any company that wants to promote its services/products and for anything related to them the user must contact the respective company/supplier directly!
